What is the delivery timeline for my order?

Once you place an order, we check stock availability according to your requirements and inform you of the delivery schedule within 24 hours. If your delivery location is far from the place of manufacture, we will provide you with the shipping time to your address.

What kind of certificate do I receive from the manufacturer?

Kingbrave Marine provides all class certificates (E.g., ABS, NK, DNV, and CCS) and a manufacturing certificate with our company logo and quality-tested stamp.

When should I apply for a certificate?

You should request a certificate before placing an order. We will confirm this with you to avoid miscommunication between the supplier and the client. We will inform you if a certificate is unavailable for a particular product while placing the order.

What happens if a spare part is supplied without a certificate? Does it mean that the product is of low quality?

Although a certificate is optional as the only quality assurance mode, we have many loyal customers in the marine industry to whom we have supplied various spare parts. However, we aim to improve and set high standards continuously.
